Delete your account

You can permanently delete your myEOffering donor account from this page. You must sign in to complete deletion.

What is deleted

• Sign-in access to the website and mobile apps
• Access to your profile, favorites, and account settings
• Saved payment methods, which will no longer be charged
• Recurring donations, which are cancelled immediately

What is retained

Donation and payment records, including name and contact details associated with those gifts, are kept as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Churches may still see historical gifts for their financial records.

If you cannot sign in, email support@myeoffering.com to request deletion.
